You can embed a Word document into a file, making it blend in with the rest of your document. Open the file where the Word document will be placed. Select "Insert" from the menu bar, and then click "Object.". Choose the "Create From File" tab, and click "Browse" to find the Word document you want to embed.

Embedding the document places the entire file into the new Word document. Unless you link to the original file, changes that are made to the source file will not appear in the new document.

First, open the Word document that you would like to add the contents of, or embed, another Word document to. Next, head over to the “Text” group of the “Insert” tab and click the down arrow next to the “Object” option. A drop-down menu will appear. There are two options to choose from here: “Object” and “Text From File.”

Go to Insert > Object. Select Create from File. Select Browse and choose the file you want to use. Select Insert. Choose Display as icon to embed, or Link to file for a link.

Go to "Insert" tab > "Text" section > "Object" and then "Text from file". Go to your folder and select the file you intend to insert. Then double click on the file and watch the document get added.
