The Memphis Area Transit Authority operates three Trolley lines. The Main Street Trolley rail line returned April 30, 2018. Rubber-wheeled Trolley buses are used to provide service on the Madison and Riverfront lines (which service the Downtown and Midtown areas) until the rest of the rail vintage trolleys are restored.
